Order Cancellations: Orders may not be canceled or rescheduled without Fluke’s written consent and may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling charges. No cancellations will be permitted if the order has been shipped.

Order Returns: Product returns require pre-approval by Fluke. Unauthorized returned material received by Fluke will be returned to you at your expense.

Defective or Incorrect Item Shipped. If the item ordered and received is defective or we have inadvertently shipped an incorrect item, you may request a replacement if you contact us within 30 days of shipment. Please email distribution.orders@fluke.com or call 1.800.903.5853 to request the replacement. You must provide original Confirmation Number, name, address, email address, phone number, and item ordered when requesting the replacement. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions will be issued for the defective or incorrect product’s return (FedEx Will Call Tag).

Wrong Item Ordered. If you order the wrong product and wish to return it, you must contact us within 30 days of shipment to request a Return Material Authorization number and instructions for the product’s return. Credit for the product only (plus applicable sales tax) will be issued against your credit card when product is returned. Freight charges will not be refunded. Please allow 5 to 7 days after receipt for credit to be applied to the credit card. You must have an RMA number to receive credit.

Clearance/Obsolete Items. All sales are final on clearance or obsolete items purchased, unless item is defective upon arrival. See Defective or Incorrect Item Shipped paragraph above for instructions.
