Terms and conditions
These terms control: Your placement of an order on this website shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. If any terms or conditions of sale are declared by an arbitrator, or court, or other body having jurisdiction, to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The laws of the state of Washington, U.S.A. shall govern this transaction.
Credit Card only. We accept MasterCard and Visa (No debit or bank check cards)
Important payment information:
- Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
- Orders will be processed and shipped after credit card authorization.
- Credit card is charged only when the order is shipped.
- Billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment for your security.
- Credit cards must be drawn on a US bank.
- Debit and Bank Check Cards are not accepted because we use a pre-authorization process. Using either a debit or bank check card will cause the card to be charged immediately upon the order being placed (pre-authorization) and again upon shipment.
This site is for the continental USA, Alaska, and Hawaii customer transactions only and purchased products cannot be exported. By placing an order, you will be representing to us that all products purchased will remain in the USA and will not be shipped outside of the USA.
Call 1.800.903.5853 or email [email protected] for order status. Orders received after 4:30 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and company-designated closures.
Orders may not be canceled or rescheduled without Fluke's written consent and may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling charges. No cancellations will be permitted if the order has been shipped.
Product returns require pre-approval by Fluke. Unauthorized returned material received by Fluke will be returned to you at your expense.
Defective or incorrect item shipped:
If the item ordered and received is defective or we have inadvertently shipped an incorrect item, you may request a replacement if you contact us within 30 days of shipment. Please email [email protected] or call 1.800.903.5853 to request the replacement. You must provide original Confirmation Number, name, address, email address, phone number, and item ordered when requesting the replacement. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions will be issued for the defective or incorrect product's return (UPS Will Call Tag).
Wrong item ordered:
If you order the wrong product and wish to return it, you must contact us within 30 days of shipment to request a Return Material Authorization number and instructions for the product's return. Credit for the product only (plus applicable sales tax) will be issued against your credit card when product is returned. Freight charges will not be refunded. Please allow 5 to 7 days after receipt for credit to be applied to the credit card. You must have an RMA number to receive credit.
All sales are final on clearance or obsolete items purchased, unless item is defective upon arrival. See Defective or Incorrect Item Shipped paragraph above for instructions.
We typically ship most orders within 24 to 72 hours. If your order contains products that are not in stock, we will not ship until we have your complete order for shipment.
Delivery and title:
USA delivery shall be F.O.B. Origin (Everett, Washington). Title passes to you when products are shipped.
Certain states require sales tax to be collected on transactions between residents and merchants. We are required to collect state sales tax in the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, and WV.
We are unable to process tax-exempt orders on the Fluke online store. To place a tax exempt order please contact a local Fluke distributor. Find a local Fluke distributor.
Online orders purchased through the Fluke Online Store are shipped via UPS Ground only. No C.O.D. shipments or shipments to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address. See UPS Transit Time Maps at www.ups.com for specific shipment time to you from Everett, Washington 98203.
Fluke grants to you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use ordered software on a single unit of product. Title to software shall remain in Fluke or its suppliers. The license may be terminated if you discloses the software to others without Fluke's consent. Back-up copies of the software may be made and you may sublicense the software along with the transfer of said single unit of product.
Limited warranty and limitation of liability:
Each Fluke product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty period is controlled by the documents furnished with each product and begins on the date of shipment. Parts, product repairs and services are warranted for 90 days. This warranty extends only to you, the original buyer. It does not apply to fuses, disposable batteries or to any product that, in Fluke's opinion, has been misused, altered, neglected or damaged by accident or abnormal conditions of operation or handling. Fluke warrants that software will operate substantially in accordance with its functional specifications for 90 days and that it has been properly recorded on non-defective media. Fluke does not warrant that it will be error free or operate without interruption.
Fluke's warranty obligation is limited, at Fluke's option, to refund of the purchase price, free of charge repair, or replacement of a defective product returned within the warranty period. To obtain warranty service, contact your nearest Fluke Authorized Service Center or send the product, with a description of the difficulty, postage and insurance prepaid (FOB Destination), to the nearest Fluke Authorized Service Center. Fluke assumes no risk for damage in transit. Following warranty repair, the product will be returned to you, transportation prepaid (FOB Destination). If Fluke determines that the failure was caused by misuse, alteration, accident or abnormal condition of operation or handling, Fluke will provide an estimate of repair costs and obtain authorization from you before commencing the work. Following repair, the product will be returned to you, transportation prepaid and you will be billed for the repair and return transportation charges (FOB Shipping Point).
THIS WARRANTY IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FLUKE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER ARISING FROM BREACH OF WARRANTY OR BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, RELIANCE OR ANY OTHER THEORY. SINCE SOME COUNTRIES OR STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF THE TERM OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY, OR EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS OF THIS WARRANTY MAY NOT APPLY TO EVERY BUYER.
